Our attorneys have a depth of experience second to none. Mr. Swigart has opened his first law office in 2003 and has been serving people in California and nationally since then. Mr. Swigart has provided significant pro bono services to a variety of local clients and donated significant amounts of money, as cypress awards, to legal aid and local law schools.
Mr. Swigart was born in Orange County, California. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Riverside where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a double emphasis in Accounting and Finance. He attended California Western School of Law on an academic scholarship and graduated Cum Laude.
Mr. Swigart is a licensed attorney admitted to the State Bar of California as well as Washington D.C., Washington state, Wisconsin and Michigan. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Riverside County Bar Association, San Bernardino County Bar Association, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, the Federal Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, the American Association of Justice.

-Rahil Swigart

Rahil Swigart is an attorney who specializes in corporate and real estate law, business litigation and insolvency. Ms. Swigart has dedicated her legal practice to helping individuals and businesses from entity formation through bankruptcy. She has represented small individual business clients to large corporations in matters of varying complexity from general business operations to contracts and litigation.

-Jayson Swigart
Attorney
Jayson Swigart is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law; former President of the Student Bar Association, Member of the Moot Court, ADR, and Epsten, Grinnell & Howell APC Trial Advocacy Program Honor Societies; and held positions on the executive boards of ALSA, APALSA, and PILF. Jayson graduated from the University of California Riverside with a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy where Jayson competed for the University’s inaugural NCAA Division I Track & Field and Cross County Programs. Mr. Swigart is a licensed attorney admitted to the State Bar of California.

-Spencer Pfeiff
Attorney
Spencer Pfeiff is a native Californian, born and raised in California’s Central Valley. Spencer graduated from California State University, Fullerton (class of 2017) where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies. Spencer then attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. During law school, Spencer represented TJSOL in the ABA Client Counseling competition and was the recipient of eight CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. Spencer graduated law school magna cum laude in 2021. Spencer is a licensed attorney admitted to the State Bar of California. He currently practices consumer protection law representing clients’ interests in Federal, State, and arbitration venues.

-Angelique Vasquez
Provisionally Licensed Attorney
- Angelique Vasquez was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, where she graduated with her Law degree in 2008. She then did her articles of clerkship as a Candidate Attorney at Legal Aid South Africa and was formally admitted as an attorney at the Western Cape High Court in 2012. After a short stint in private practice, she joined forces with a fellow attorney to start a new law firm, which is still operational today. In 2016, Angelique moved to San Diego, California, where she picked up valuable insight into the US Judicial system through honorably serving as a Judicial Extern to Judge Allison H. Goddard of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She brings her international experience and broad knowledge base to bear at Swigart Law Group as a Provisionally Licensed Attorney.

Intake Specialist
Melina Nava was born and raised in San Diego. She has served the community since 2013 and is currently the intake specialist at Swigart Law Group. Melina enjoys helping clients and listening to any legal issues they may have to properly connect them with the right resources for their legal needs.
